Players born after September 2017 who have not before played with a registered Little League organization may play for ANY Little League organization they choose, even if they do not reside within the league boundaries.

These players may fully participate in all league activities, including the Little League International Tournament, provided they maintain "continuous and unbroken participation" within their chosen league and meet all other LLI eligibility requirements.

Little League Official Residency Statement

CLLL offers various baseball programs from T-Ball through Seniors (league age 4 - 16) for both boys and girls.

In order to play within CLLL, you must meet the League Age and Residency requirements.

League Age

Little League's "year" begins on September 1 with the conclusion of the Little League International tournament in August. Therefore, a child's "League Age" corresponds to their age on August 31, such that a child maintains the same League Age throughout the entire Little League Year.

For example, League Year 2026 begins on September 1, 2025, meaning 2026 League Age is the age of your child on August 31, 2026.

Residency

For players born prior to September 2017, the residency rule requires they OR their court-appointed legal guardian reside within CLLL's boundaries.

For players born after September 2017, this is not a requirement, provided the child has not played within another Little League organization before
